MARY ANN GERTH focuses her expertise primarily in the areas of probate law. In this capacity, she assists the personal representative, trustee or guardian in administering all aspects of the estate, trust or guardianship. Ms. Gerth prepares all required estate, trust and guardianship documents and forms, including accountings. She assists surviving heirs and devisees in transferring property titled in the name of the deceased individuals to the rightful successors-in-interest. Her broad knowledge and years of probate experience allows her to assist and advise, under the direction of an attorney, personal representatives and answer their common questions concerning estate administration and the issues that arise during estate administration. In addition to providing skilled legal assistance, Ms. Gerth is an accomplished and compassionate listener. She patiently and meticulously helps clients through the details and paperwork that are involved in estate, trust and guardianship administration, settling estates, and preparation of estate and income tax returns.
