CINDY W. LATTY has more than 27 years of experience in the areas of family law, divorce and civil litigation. Ms. Latty assists the lawyers in drafting court documents and communicating with clients, other lawyers and the courts. Ms. Latty also conducts research, prepares trademark and servicemark submissions to the United States Patent and Trademark Office and works with attorneys in their preparation for hearings, trials and mediations. Furthermore, she assists the firm's lawyers in civil and criminal actions pending before the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court. Ms. Latty has spoken to high school and college classes regarding careers in the legal field and specific law-related topics. She has also spoken at several seminars on law-related topics for paralegals. Cindy is an active member of her church and is responsible for coordinating the bereavement dinners for church families.
