BRENDA K. WOLFF earned her B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice from Minot State University, Minot, North Dakota.
Ms. Wolff began her professional career in law enforcement. She later gained experience in the legal field working as an investigator with a regional child support enforcement agency in western North Dakota.
Prior to coming to Campbell Kyle Proffitt LLP in May 2001, Ms. Wolff, worked in Stillwater, Minnesota in the county child support office where she worked with the county attorney's office in establishing orders of paternity and/or child support.
Ms. Wolff left the firm and returned to Minnesota for approximately 3 years from 2007 – 2010. There she worked for a law firm with an attorney in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, crop insurance and product liability. Ms. Wolff rejoined Campbell Kyle Proffitt LLP in August 2010, and assists attorneys primarily in the area of family law.
Ms. Wolff has served on the board of the North Dakota Family Support Council, the Minnesota Family Support and Recovery Council, the Indiana Paralegal Association, and the Hamilton County Paralegal Association.
Ms. Wolff has been a member of the North Dakota Family Support Council, the Minnesota Family Support and Recovery Council, the National Child Support Enforcement Agency, the Indiana Paralegal Association, the Hamilton County Paralegal Association and an affiliate member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
