BARBARA K. BAYER focuses her expertise primarily in the areas of divorce, family law and domestic relations. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Ms. Bayer attended Hanover College and graduated from Butler University with a B.A. degree. As an experienced senior paralegal focusing in the areas of family law and divorce, Ms. Bayer's focus includes:

• Drafting Petitions for Dissolution of Marriage and related documents
• Formulating and/or answering discovery requests
• Calculating child support agreements
• Drafting and/or reviewing Qualified Domestic Relations Orders

Ms. Bayer has 30 years of experience as a paralegal with the firm and has participated in multiple family law seminars as a speaker. She has spoken at high school career days about the paralegal profession and at family law classes for the IVY Tech Paralegal Program.
