RUSSELL B. CATE was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and grew up in Lawrence. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Purdue University in 2004 and his law degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis in 2007. He was admitted to the bar in 2007. During law school he served as Executive Production Editor for the Indiana Health Law Review and had his note published in the journal. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cate practiced railroad defense litigation and also served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Hamilton County, Indiana. Mr. Cate handles civil litigation, family law, personal injury, and criminal law.
