RODNEY T. SARKOVICS was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 1996. He graduated from Canisius College in 1996, where his academic achievements included Dean's List, being named one of the college's Scholar Athletes of the Year in 1992, and selected to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference's All-Academic Team in Cross Country. Mr. Sarkovics earned his law degree in 1996, from Ohio Northern University, cum laude, where he held a leadership position with the Ohio Northern Law Review Board as the Student Articles Editor, earned Moot Court oral advocacy and Dean's List honors, and in 1995, received the Annual Taxation Award. He also interned with Judge John Daniel Tinder in federal court while in law school. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sarkovics was a trial attorney with the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office. He practices in the areas of criminal law, family law, divorce, and employment law and has experience in many aspects of litigation including felony jury trials, bench trials, mediation and appellate work.
Mr. Sarkovics was recognized in March 2009, by Indianapolis Monthly in its Super Lawyer and Rising Star Section as a Rising Star attorney. Mr. Sarkovics is a regular contributor in the Family Law Publication, Family Matters. Mr. Sarkovics is an active participant and coach of high school students in Moot Court competitions.
