MATTHEW T. LEES was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 2008. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Mr. Lees graduated from Butler University in 2004 with a B.S. in Economics and received his law degree in 2008 from Indiana University Michael Maurer School of Law. During law school, Mr. Lees was Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal, clerked for a private law firm in Bloomington, Indiana, and for the Indiana Office of the Utility Consumer Counselor. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lees worked for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C. Mr. Lees focuses his practice in business law and transactions, corporate law, family law, divorce and criminal law.
