KEVIN G. KLAUSING was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 2006. Born in Lima, Ohio, he was originally attracted to Indianapolis when Butler University offered him a Division I golf scholarship, which he accepted, and then played all four years on the golf team. Mr. Klausing received his B.S. in Finance, with honors, from Butler University in 2003, and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2006. In the summer of 2005, he studied European Law at the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, France. As a law student, Mr. Klausing served as a law clerk for two private firms in Indianapolis, participated in the Honorable Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition, was a finalist for the Edward P. Archer Labor Law Award, and earned the top grade in his Family Law class. Following his admission to the bar and prior to joining the firm, he worked at Conseco, Inc.'s headquarters assisting in litigation matters. Mr. Klausing focuses his practice in business and employment law, business litigation, corporate law, divorce and family law, real estate law, civil litigation and appellate practice.
