ANNE HENSLEY POINDEXTER was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 1988. Her undergraduate degree was obtained from Ball State University in 1984 and for her law degree she graduated, cum laude, from Indiana University in 1988. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Poindexter worked for the Inheritance Tax Division of the Indiana Department of Revenue, where she was the administrator from 1987-1988. Mrs. Poindexter's practice concentrates in the areas of civil litigation including divorce, family law, public utility law, probate, planning, wills and trusts, and in estate planning. Mrs. Poindexter chairs the firm's Public Utility Practice Group.
