AMY E. HIGDON was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 1999. She obtained her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Ball State University in 1996 and her law degree, cum laude, from Indiana University – Indianapolis in 1999. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Higdon was a law clerk to Honorable Judge Margret G. Robb, Indiana Court of Appeals, from 1999-2001.  Ms. Higdon is certified by the Family Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association as a Family Law Specialist. Ms. Higdon was selected as a "Rising Star" by the 2009 and 2010 Indiana Super Lawyers Magazine. Ms. Higdon's practice areas include divorce, family law and appellate practice.
